A little kindness goes a long way.....

Today, it's both Valentine's Day and soon it will be Random Acts of Kindness Day (February 17th) around the world. Our firm likes to have seasonal events and small actions that contribute to our employees well-being and one way to do this is to share acts of kindness throughout the year.

It's been proven that positive and virtuous practices make a difference to the morale and even the creativity of employees. In a law firm, as in many organizations, people work hard and they also deserve a little levity too. Today, some have dressed in red or pink and our coins of kindness jar is out again to share some love with our not-for-profit neighbours down the hall: The World Animal Protection Society.

There are so many easy ways to bring a little kindness into the office today and always.
