Market Changes: 14% jump in sales

After many years of changes due to government input and the market

itself, it's interesting to see the market continue to go higher, especially in the detached homes and townhouse area.

According to the Toronto Real Estate Board report, Toronto's benchmark price rose 5.8 per cent from a year ago to over 800,000.
